We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST are typically shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST are shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery time usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (courier delays, holidays, natural events) for which Mudrakshara creations will not be liable

6. Refund & Return Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns. We pack your products with utmost care to ensure that there are no leakages or breakages. In the rarest of rare cases if you are still not satisfied with the products you have received, we would be very keen to understand your concerns and look at appropriate action. However, if the product you receive is faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will initiate the return process once we receive the order number and photographic evidence of the faulty product within 24 hours of product delivery, once the product qulaifies for refund/return you need to return the product within 2 business days and We will deliver the replacement within 2 business days, or once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days or replacment product will be shipped with 2 working days. *Please note: We regret to inform you that we cannot process refunds for products in transit, especially in cases of carrier-related delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate you’re understanding.

All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, images, and product designs, is the property of Mudrakshara Creations and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
